All orders that include personalized items require a processing time of 4 – 6 business days, as each piece is crafted individually. Once processed, your order will be shipped via standard delivery according to your location:


  • USA: 4–10 business days
  • UK: 5–12 business days
  • Australia: 7–18 business days
  • Canada: 7–18 business days
  • Europe: 5–12 business days
  • Rest of World: 14–20 business days

*Shipping times are approximate and may vary due to customs delays or logistical issues beyond our control.*

For international orders, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the shipping details are entered correctly.

Our jewelry is crafted with high-quality materials to ensure durability:


  • Surgical Stainless Steel (316L): Stainless steel coated with an 18K gold or silver plating. Resistant to corrosion and everyday wear. 

  • Brass with 18K Gold Plating: A brass base coated with a layer of 18K gold, providing a protective and elegant finish.

  • Sterling Silver (925):Made of 92.5% pure silver alloyed with other metals for greater strength and durability.

Jewelry Care


To extend the lifespan of your jewelry, we recommend following these simple care tips:


  • Store your pieces in a dry, closed space when not in use, preferably in their original box.

  • Avoid contact with chemicals such as perfumes or lotions, which may affect the shine and durability.

  • Remove your jewelry before bathing, swimming, or exercising to prevent premature wear.

  • Please note that skin pH may affect the condition of your jewelry, accelerating tarnish or deterioration.

  • For cleaning, use a dry cloth.

To indicate personalization options for any item in our store, simply select the product you’d like and you will see the available customization choices.

For each personalized item, you’ll find a text box where you can enter the specific details of the customization you’d like.

If you placed an order by mistake or would like to modify any details (such as the model, color, or personalization information), please contact us as soon as possible by email.

You can check the status of your order directly on our website by visiting the “Track Your Order” section. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with all the details and your tracking number.

If you placed an order by mistake (for example, selected the wrong item), you can request a modification by emailing us as soon as possible.

It is not possible to cancel an order once it has been placed. You may request a return after receiving the item, but return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If more than 24 hours have passed since you placed your order and your shipment has already been processed, we will not be able to modify the address. If your package is returned due to an incorrect address, a reshipping fee of €6.50 will apply.

If your order shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, we kindly ask you to contact the courier directly to obtain accurate information about where the package was left or who it was delivered to. It is the customer’s responsibility to initiate this first contact with the carrier.
