Shipping policy
1. Production time
All our jewellery is handcrafted and personalised in our Madrid workshop. For this reason, every order requires a preparation time of 2 to 4 business days before it is dispatched. During peak periods (Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day) these timelines may be slightly affected; we will let you know by email if that is the case.
2. Shipping origin
All orders are prepared and dispatched from Madrid, Spain.
3. Delivery times
The following timelines are estimates and include both preparation and transit time:
- Spain (mainland): 5 to 7 business days
- Canary Islands: 8 to 12 business days
- European Union: 6 to 8 business days
- United Kingdom and Switzerland: 7 to 10 business days
- United States and Canada: 8 to 12 business days
- Mexico: 8 to 12 business days
- Latin America: 12 to 20 business days
- Rest of the world: 12 to 20 business days

Standard shipping is free in the following countries, with an insured priority option available for a small surcharge:

b) Fixed-cost shipping
- Canary Islands: 3,50 € (Correos)
- Puerto Rico: 5,90 $ (DHL eCommerce)
c) Rest of Europe and rest of the world
A flat rate of 3,80 € (international tracked shipping, insured and with duties included), applicable to: Ireland, Belgium, Luxembourg, Sweden, Finland, Norway, Iceland, Switzerland, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovenia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Greece, Cyprus, Malta, Monaco, San Marino, Albania, Armenia, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Moldova, Montenegro, Serbia, Turkey, Ukraine, Australia, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and Qatar.
d) Latin America
Chile, Peru, Colombia and Argentina: from 2,80 € (DHL eCommerce) or 4,90 € insured priority.
In all cases you will see the exact shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.
5. Order tracking
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can follow it in real time until delivery. You can also check the status of your order at any time on our Track your order page.
6. Customs and taxes
For international shipments using the International Priority Shipping method (Europe outside the EU, United Kingdom, United States, New Zealand), import duties and taxes are included in the shipping price — you will not have to pay anything extra upon delivery.
For other international destinations (Latin America, Puerto Rico, Australia, Middle East), customs duties, taxes or import fees may apply under local regulations. These are the responsibility of the customer and are payable upon delivery or to the carrier. We recommend checking the customs regulations of your country before placing your order.
7. Issues and contact
If your order is delayed beyond the stated timelines, you have not received the tracking email, or you have any other issue with the delivery, please write to us at info@lioramadrid.com with your order number. Our team will get back to you within a maximum of 24 to 48 business hours to help you resolve it.
